Good part design is paramount to an efficient machine. Innomation prides itself in its ingenuity and wholistic part design where the design process takes into consideration associated machine components/operations that might be affected. We always work in 3D using Autodesk Inventor and we can help you with a single part or entire machine.
Electrical Schematic Design & Drafting
Our engineers have been designing schematics for many years. We are happy to work with your preferred hardware brands or we can make these selections based on our experience. We use 2D CAD software.
Process Improvement Consulting
Do you have a bottle neck in your production process? Is there a process within your production facility that always has issues? We can help you with this! With years of experience in process engineering we can walk through your processes with you and suggest areas for improvement. Innomation can also then work with you to design, manufacture, install, and commission the new process.
Automation
Innomation’s team has been involved with PLC automation and controls system for over 30 years. We can be as involved as you need us to be from just a small PLC program change to fully designed, built, and commissioned systems.
We work with all PLC brands but specialise is Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley, IFM, and Omron Systems. We work with PLC’s, Servos, VSDs, HMI, SCADA, and robots.
Machine Design & Manufacture
Innomation has been either directly or indirectly designing and manufacturing bespoke machines for years. We have in-house design resources, but we also have a close relationship to a local design-house for larger projects.
Control Panel Builds
We can build your control panels to either your own schematics or we can design these for you then build the panels. Our people are well experienced, and wiring is always carefully checked to minimise defects. We don’t accept anything less than the best possible result. The hardware is handled with care too ensuring a high class result both externally and within the panels.
